Refund Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

Your Right to Withdraw (청약철회)

You can withdraw from your purchase and receive a full refund within 7 days of payment, for any reason, even if you have already started using the Service (for example, submitted writing or speaking or received mentor feedback). This includes your right of withdrawal under Korean e-commerce consumer protection law. If we fail to properly disclose this right before you pay, that window extends to up to 3 months from payment (or 30 days from when you become aware of the issue, if later).

Ending Your Enrollment

The 30-Day Challenge is not a subscription, so there is nothing to "cancel." Each 30-day pass is a separate payment; if you don't extend, your access simply ends when your 30 days are over. Paying gives you access for 30 days, starting on the day you pay (or the day after your current pass ends, if you extend).

Refunds

Outside of the cases above, we don't offer partial refunds for unused days within a 30-day pass you've already started.

How Refunds Are Processed

All payments are processed by PayPal, which is a payment service provider, not our merchant of record. EngKor is responsible for approving and issuing refunds. Approved refunds are issued back to your original PayPal payment method and can take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
